- 客人到達辦公室後立即迎接並歡迎他們。
- 將訪客引導至適當的人員和辦公室
- 接聽篩選與轉接來電
- 前台接待來訪人員,以適當的方式問候、歡迎、引導和通報。
- 確保接待區整潔、美觀,並配備所有必要的文具和材料(例如筆、表格和小冊子)
- 親自或透過電話/電子郵件提供基本且準確的資訊。
- 透過遵循安全程序並透過接待台控制存取(監控日誌、發放訪客證)來維護辦公室安全
- 按部門和/或業務職能對收到的郵件進行分類和投遞,以確保根據需要及時分發。
- 根據需要維護收據、郵寄日期和其他所需資訊的記錄。

**工作要求:**
- 高中文憑或同等學歷優先。
- 有相關領域經驗者優先。
- 良好的溝通能力。
- 與客戶打交道時能夠保持冷靜並以專業的方式。
- 能夠理解並遵循書面和口頭指示。
- 態度良好、學習能力強、以顧客為導向的優先候選人。
- 能夠正確分類和分發大量郵件。
- 工作地點:Subang Jaya,請注意,我們預計在明年初 2025 年初將辦公地點搬遷至 Cheras Maluri 地區
- 薪水:RM1500 - RM2000
- 工作時間:週一至週五(上午 9:00 - 下午 6:00)
