**Job Destription**:

- Greet and welcome guests as soon as they arrive at the office.
- Direct visitors to the appropriate person and office
- Answering screening and forwarding incoming phone calls
- Receiving visitors at the front desk by greeting, welcoming, directing and announcing them appropriately.
- Ensure reception area is tidy and presentable, with all necessary stationery and material (e.g., pens, forms, and brochures)
- Maintain office security by following safety procedures and controlling access via the reception desk (monitor logbook, issue visitor badges)
- Sorts and delivers incoming mail by department and/or business function to ensure timely distribution as when required.
- Maintains records of receipt, mailing dates, and other required information as when required.

**Job Requirements**:

- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Experience in a related area preferred.
- Good communication skills.
- Ability to stay calm and in professional ways when dealing with the customers.
- Ability to understand and follow written and oral instructions.
- Ability to correctly sort and distribute large amounts of mail.
- Job Location: Subang Jaya, Please take note that we are expecting to relocate our office location to Cheras Maluri area tentatively by early next year 2025
- Salary: RM1500 - RM2000
- Working Hour: Monday to Friday (9:00a.m. - 6:00p.m.)
