We are currently seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Administrator to join our team and support the daily administrative operations of our center.


Job Description:

Role Overview:


The Administrator plays a crucial role in ensuring the smooth functioning of administrative tasks and providing essential support to the management and staff at our language school and tuition center.


Key Responsibilities:

Front Office Management:
Greet and assist students, parents, and visitors.

Manage inquiries and communicate relevant information to the appropriate parties.

Administrative Support:
Maintain and update student records and databases.

Assist in scheduling classes, meetings, and appointments.

Coordinate with teaching staff to ensure smooth classroom operations.

Documentation and Filing:
Manage filing systems, both physical and digital, ensuring accuracy and organization.

Prepare and organize documents, reports, and educational materials as needed.

Financial Assistance:
Assist in basic accounting tasks, such as handling fee collections and managing petty cash.

Prepare invoices, receipts, and financial records for review.

Supply Management:
Monitor and replenish office and classroom supplies as necessary.

Liaise with suppliers and vendors for procurement needs.

Facility Maintenance:
Ensure the cleanliness and tidiness of the center.

Coordinate maintenance and repair tasks, reporting issues to the appropriate authorities.

Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent qualification; further education in administration or related field is a plus.

Proven experience as an administrator or in a similar administrative role.

Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and basic knowledge of office equipment.

Strong organizational and multitasking skills, with keen attention to detail.

Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.

Ability to handle confidential information in a professional and ethical manner.
