Responsibilities:

- Team up with fellow team from different departments to cook up teambuilding, social events, and recognition celebrations.
- Craft communication strategies that make sure our team is always in the loop about our company's awesomeness, goals, and triumphs.
- Set up feedback systems that let our squad share their thoughts, using the power of data to keep improving our workplace groove.
- Launch and steer recognition programs that make every achievement, big or small, the star of the show.
- Partner with our leaders to keep the good vibes rolling.
- Smoothing out workplace tiffs, bringing folks together, and making our office a zen zone.
- Share your wisdom with managers, coaching them on how to handle conflicts like seasoned pros and keep our work vibe harmonious.
- Spot chances for professional growth that align with our team's career dreams and our company's big plans.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Organizational Psychology, or a related field. Master's degree or HR certification is a plus.
- Proven experience 35 years in developing and implementing employee engagement initiatives.
- Strong understanding of organizational culture and its impact on employee engagement.
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
- Creative thinking and the ability to innovate engagement strategies.
- Proven ability to influence and collaborate effectively with crossfunctional teams.
- Goal driven and can work in fast pace working environment.
