As the Office Administrator, your responsibilities include

  • Manage account records, including expenses and claims & monthly payment staff salaries, rental payments and utility bills.
  • Provide assistance to customers, addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
  • Recruitment on various platform (remote task).
  • Issue and manage documentation, including Letter Offerm Leave Form & staff attendance records.
  • Monitor and restock office essentials regularly to maintain adequate supplies.
  • Assist in packaging and dispatching parcels as needed.
This role demands teamwork, excellent communication abilities and a proactive approach to achieving team objectives.

Job Types:
Full-time, Part-time

Pay:
RM2, RM2,400.00 per month

Expected hours: 48 per week
