As the Office Administrator, your responsibilities include
- Manage account records, including expenses and claims & monthly payment staff salaries, rental payments and utility bills.
- Provide assistance to customers, addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
- Recruitment on various platform (remote task).
- Issue and manage documentation, including Letter Offerm Leave Form & staff attendance records.
- Monitor and restock office essentials regularly to maintain adequate supplies.
- Assist in packaging and dispatching parcels as needed.

RM2, RM2,400.00 per month
