You will play an important role in:

  • Exceeding customer expectations in terms of customer service and providing accurate information.
  • Working in a team to achieve the required Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
  • Demonstrating proficient computer typing skills.
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks in a fastpaced environment.
  • Possessing good computer literacy.
  • Being able to read and type in Traditional Mandarin characters.
  • Willingness to work in rotational shifts.
  • SPM leavers and fresh graduates who are interested are also encouraged to apply.

- 以中文或英文为媒介语,协助接听或回复顾客,为顾客提供标准服务。
- 提供顾客准确咨询。
- 协助顾客答疑解惑,协调并跟进顾客情况。
- 熟知中英文会话。
- 懂得阅读繁体中文。
- 能够阅读和输入繁体中文字符
- 轮班工作
- 欢迎SPM毕业生和应届毕业生申请。

Job Types:
