Key Responsibilities:_
- Assist customers by handling incoming calls and addressing their inquiries.
- Make followup and update calls to customers.
- Resolve customer issues quickly and effectively.
- Keep detailed records of customer interactions.
Qualifications:_
- Excellent communication skills.
- Strong problemsolving abilities.
- Typing skills and computer literacy.
- Customer service experience is a bonus but not required.
Pay:
RM1, RM3,200.00 per month
