Responsibilities:

  • To lead a team in haulage division, ensuring profitable operations and exceptional customer service.
  • To implement best practices, pricing strategies, and market trend analysis to drive growth and identify opportunities.
  • To achieve operational KPIs, conducting root cause analyses, and developing improvement plans.
  • To oversee driver route planning, vehicle maintenance, and compliance with safety regulations.
  • To evaluate staff's performance and implement appropriate measures, while also providing leadership, coaching, training, and motivation to ensures continuous improvement and aligns with organizational goals.

Requirements:

  • At least a Diploma in logistics, supply chain management, business administration, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
  • Demonstrated track record of driving business growth and achieving results through effective leadership, mindset, and behaviours.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, exceptional organizational skills with a keen attention to detail, coupled with strong analytical and problemsolving abilities
  • Proven ability to lead and manage a team, with a strong aptitude for working under pressure and meeting deadlines.
  • Proficiency in computer literacy, particularly in MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.

Pay:
RM3, RM5,000.00 per month
