Assistant Manager HR

- Membantu dalam menguruskan pengurusan staff & pengambilan pekerja.
- Melaksanakan sesi orientasi bagi pekerja baru.
- Membantu dalam menyediakan polisi /SOP syarikat.
- Bertanggungjawab dalam menyelesaikan /menguruskan isu disiplin pekerja.
- Memastikan latihan (training) sentiasa dikemaskini dan dilaksanakan kepada pekerja.
- Bertanggungjawab dalam pengiraan gaji pekerja.
- Bertanggungjawab dalam berurusan dengan jabatan kerajaan (KWSP/LHDN/PERKESO atau sebagainya)
- Sentiasa mengemaskini polisi/sop syarikat mengikut Akta Kerja.
- Bertanggungjawab dalam menguruskan tugasan pentadbiran pejabat.
- Sentiasa mengemaskini dokumen -dokumen pejabat.
- Sentiasa bersedia.
Kelayakan:
- Diploma/Degree dalam bidang Pengurusan Sumber Manusia atau yang berkaitan.
- Mempunyai 2 tahun pengalaman dalam bidang HR.
- Mahir dalam urusan berkaitan Akta Kerja
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
**Salary**: RM2, RM3,000.00 per month
