TECHNICAL CONSULTANT

JOB DESCRIPTIONS

  • To provide effective preand postsales support to the customers and work closely with the Sales team.
  • Resolves customers' technical issues related to mainly Autodesk software including installation, configuration, usage, and product issues.
  • Ability to conduct training and using the software will be an added advantage.
  • Develops and conducts professional product presentations and demonstration to generate sales and meet company revenue objective.
  • In conjunction with sales team activities, may be required to proactively follow up with customer technical lead to provide additional information or answer specific technical questions.

REQUIREMENTS

Min
1-2-year experience of working experience in the related field is required for this position.

  • Some basic
    IT oriented field experiences is an added advantage.
  • Have the ability to communicate in English and Bahasa Melayu. Other language is an added advantage.
  • Able to work independently, self learn and multitasking.
  • Must have the interest and ability to deliver training to customer
Self-motivated, good interpersonal & communication skills.
Must possess own transport.

  • Must be a Malaysian citizen.
