Perform the operations, testing, installation, maintenance and operation of Work Force Service Management (WFMS) for field team so as to ensure proper systems is in place within the agreed timeframe, meeting business needs and user requirement.


  • Perform the operations, testing, installation, maintenance and operation of TM CRM SIEBEL so as to Ensure proper systems is in place within the agreed timeframe, meeting business needs and user requirement.
  • Perform the necessary configuration changes and customization, patching and retriggering to system functionalities as requested by the users.
  • Ensure the delivery of the system to satisfy contemporary TM business needs and approach and liaise with expertise within TM to execute the fulfillment of the requirement based on agreed specification and timeframe.
  • Perform the Level 2 support, escalation and resolve all operation issues in a timely manner. Participate in the change control procedure, gaining agreement for revisions from the Project sponsors.
  • Involved actively in formal and on the job training in acquiring the necessary skills and knowledge in performing the required task related to systems development, maintenance, implementation and operation of the targeted systems.
- liaise within the team, peers, vendors and partners in ensuring successful implementation of the Project with the highest standard of quality.

  • Highlight Project issues and risks to the management
  • Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Computer Science, Information Technology, or any other relevant discipline 2 years (Degree) / 5 years (Diploma)
  • Experience in various IT Fields in IT Operation, maintenance support or other IT related Field especially in support services or IT Helpdesk Services
  • Strong problemsolving, communication skills, customer focus and customer orientation
  • Required Skill : SIEBEL, Oracle DB, SQLPlus, Mobile Apps
Contract length: 24 months

Salary:
RM3, RM4,089.45 per month

Salary:
RM2, RM4,500.01 per month
