Fostering strong client relationships, driving business growth, identifying and creating new business opportunities, and ensuring the successful execution of strategic initiatives.


  • Developing and implementing effective sales strategies and consultative approaches to achieve sales targets and objectives.
  • Establishing a constructive OMO sales channel dedicated to the specific market for the company.
  • Developing and executing strategic plans to achieve sales targets and expand the company's client base.
  • Creating viable solution options that effectively meet customer needs.
  • Providing exceptional sales, customer service, and support to each customer.
  • Providing and shaping comprehensive product information as well as sales presentations to customers.
  • Tracking and communicating market trends in the field, including information.
  • Assisting in forecasting activities, including maintaining the pipeline.
  • Assisting with tender responses, clinical, and technical contributions to proposals.
  • Providing input into developing marketing plans, advertising, and sales forecasts/reports.
  • Proven ability to negotiate and 'close the deal'.

Job Requirements:

  • Degree in related majors.
  • More than 5 years of working experience in electrical appliance stores, bathroom supplies stores, and hardware stores in Malaysia.
  • Proven track record of achieving or even exceeding sales goals.
  • At least 3 years of experience in selling any electrical appliance.
  • Capability to work independently and under pressure.
  • Possess an approachable, good negotiator, resourceful, and outgoing personality.
  • Strong communication, innovation, and problemsolving abilities.
  • Past experience of growing a foreign brand or starting up a business would be an advantage.

Pay:
RM4, RM7,500.00 per month
