**要求:**
- 具備擔任人力資源營運經理、人力資源經理或類似職位的豐富工作經驗。
- 精通勞動法。
- 人力資源資訊系統的實務經驗。
- 擁有設計薪資福利方案的經驗。
- 能夠制定清晰、公平的公司政策。
- 良好的分析和決策能力。
- 團隊管理能力。
- 至少擁有人力資源管理或相關領域的學士學位; MSC 是一個優點。
