Qualifications
- _ Bachelor's degree in HR, Psychology, or Business Administration.
- _ 10 years of solid HR experience, with at least 5 years in managerial positions focused on recruitment, compensation, and performance management in manufacturing industry.
- _ Strong knowledge of labor and employment laws
- _ Ability to think strategically, problem-solve, and make sound business decisions
- _ Strong communication and leadership skills

Salary:
Up to RM15,000.00 per month

Schedule:

  • Monday to Friday

Ability to Relocate:
