We are Honda's authorized 4S dealer located in USJ, Subang Jaya and seek a dedicated, passionate Admin staff to join our Warranty team.
As a Warranty Admin, you will be required to:- Assist Service Advisors and Customer Relations with warranty judgement using knowledge of Warranty Policies and Technical Diagnosis
- Take photographs, video of warranty issues and problems for submission
- Directly report to and act as an advisor for Service Manager for Warranty concerns
- Assist HQ on any queries and auditing
- Submit reports in Honda system (SAP)
- Manage all warranty defective parts as per HQ warranty policies
Requirements:
- Minimum Diploma in any field
- Minimum 2 years working experience in any field
- Possess basic computer skills, especially Excel
- Possess good reading and writing skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia
- This role requires you to work 6 days in a week (Mon-Sat) full day
Salary:
RM2, RM2,500.00 per month
