RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Receiving and managing complain (CMMS System) from user to personincharge
- Answering phone call from users and staff.
- Update customer data and daily activity.
- Properly escalate queries to the next level of support ( technical team).
- Follow up with customer (users) on the resolved queries.
- Any other task that given by Supervisor/ Head of Department.
Qualification:
- Min SPM, credits in Bahasa Malaysia & English
- Certificate in Frontdesk (Customer Service) is an advantage
Skills:
- Communication skills
- Customer Service skills
Experience:
- Minimum 1 year experience in Helpdesk or any related field.
