RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Receiving and managing complain (CMMS System) from user to personincharge
  • Answering phone call from users and staff.
  • Update customer data and daily activity.
  • Properly escalate queries to the next level of support ( technical team).
  • Follow up with customer (users) on the resolved queries.
  • Any other task that given by Supervisor/ Head of Department.

Qualification:

  • Min SPM, credits in Bahasa Malaysia & English
  • Certificate in Frontdesk (Customer Service) is an advantage

Skills:

  • Communication skills
  • Customer Service skills

Experience:

  • Minimum 1 year experience in Helpdesk or any related field.

RM1, RM1,700.00 per month
