Experience in overseeing the full HR spectrum encompassing functions such as payroll, recruitment, compensation & benefits, IR, training & development and performance management.Well versed with local regulations and ensure the compliance of local regulations & implementation these policies.Active involvement & participation in HR improvement projects and providing monthly/quarterly reports.Be point of contact to coach and train subordinates for relevant HR matters. skills & experience Bachelor's Degree in Human Resource or similar field.Minimum 5-8 years of experience in HR with hands-on payroll experience.A good command in English. about the manager/team
You will be working closely and reporting to the HR Manager.
