Key Responsibilities:- Team Leadership: Manage and develop a team of sales representatives to achieve sales targets and improve sales performance.

- Customer Relationships: Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to understand their business needs and provide solutions that meet their requirements.
- Market Analysis: Conduct market analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and challenges that impact sales performance.
- Performance Management: Monitor and evaluate sales performance, identify areas for improvement, and develop plans to address them.
- Communication: Communicate effectively with internal stakeholders, including senior management, to ensure alignment and support for sales initiatives.
- Experience: 12+ years of progressively responsible sales experience in the IT industry, preferably in IT distribution.
- Management Experience: Minimum 5+ years of sales management experience, with a team of at least 20 sales representatives.
- Education: Bachelor's degree or equivalent, with a Master's degree in Marketing or Business preferred.
- Skills: Proven leadership skills, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, critical thinking, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
