Mediate and resolve conflicts between employees and between employees and management. Foster a positive work environment and promote employee engagement. Conduct investigations into employee complaints and provide recommendations for resolutions. Collaborate with HR and legal teams to ensure compliance with employment laws and regulations. Handle a wide range of HR activities including employee relations, workers accommodations, employee engagement, and compliance. Establish positive internal and external customer relationships through tight collaboration and open communication with all stakeholders. Follow instructions from superiors on HR-related issues.

Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree in HR, Business Administration, or any related field. Proven experience in an HR role, preferably with experience in employee relations and compliance. Experience in developing and implementing HR policies and procedures. Strong knowledge of employment laws and HR best practices. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills, with flexibility for handling a wide range of activities. Problem-solving skills and the ability to make sound decisions. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Good understanding and awareness of ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001, and RBA compliance.
