Malaysia NAX GROUP SDN BHD Full time

Job Scopes:

  • Assist in full set of accounts including Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable, Cash Flow, General Ledger, Profit & Loss and Balance Sheet.
  • Prepare monthly invoices to customer and follow up customer collection.
  • Verify supplier invoices and staff claims in accordance with company policies and process payment.
  • Prepare journal and support month-end closing
  • Responsible for records and safekeeping of fixed assets
  • Responsible to check and record staff leave & staff claims
  • Maintain proper filling of account documents for record keeping
Handle any ad-hoc assignments as and when requiredJob Requirements:

  • Diploma or Degree in Accountancy and/or any recognized Professional Accounting Qualification
  • Minimum 3 years of relevant work experience and extensive hands-on experience in SQL Accounting Software would be an advantage
  • Able to handle full set of accounts
  • Positive working attitude and responsible.
  • Required language(s): English, Mandarin and Bahasa Malaysia
