The ideal candidate will have experience in collaborating with the senior management to align our people and culture strategies with business goals, as well as leading a team to enhance employee experience and reduce attrition rates.
The role will report directly to our CEO.Key Responsibilities Include:
Work with the Senior Management Team to align people & culture strategies with business objectives and improve the attrition rate.
Develop and implement initiatives to enhance company culture and employee experience. Lead training and development programs to support organizational growth. Oversee the performance appraisal system to align with compensation and benefit strategies. Oversee the full employment lifecycle processes including recruitment, onboarding, retention, development, and separation. Manage employee relations, including conflict resolution and disciplinary actions. Ensure compliance with employment laws and regulations. Implement and improve recruitment strategies.Minimum Requirements:
At least 5+ years of experience in HR leadership, particularly in fostering culture. Strong understanding of HR practices and employment legislation. Strategic thinker with the ability to translate organizational goals into HR initiatives.
