Senior Customer Engagement Executive

Senior Customer Engagement Executive job requires strong interpersonal skills to build good rapport with clients, analyze customer data, drive product adoption and identify upselling opportunities.
Job Responsibilities:
- Perform analysis on customer background, health check reports and product usage metrics to identify red flags, expansion and upselling opportunities.
- Arrange customer engagement meetings and collect customer feedback, pain points and other needs.
- Identify use cases for products to expand client usage.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to influence adoption of InfoConnect solutions.
- Identify knowledge gaps and training needs among clients and provide educational resources, training and best practices.
- Synthesize customer feedback to transform products and services.
- Get customer testimonials and buy-in for case studies.
- Work with sales and marketing teams to provide customer insights and improve go-to market strategy.
- Stay up to date on products and services knowledge.
- Perform other duties as assigned by management.
- Strong interpersonal skills, able to build good rapport with clients.
- Solution-oriented, excellent presentation skills.
- Detailed, organized with strong analytical skills.
- Effective collaborator and communicator with strong problem-solving skills.
- Highly accountable self-starter, able to work independently.
- Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree in Public Relationship, Business Information System, Marketing or equivalent.
- At least 3 years of working experience in customer engagement related field.
- Experience in software solution selling is a plus.
- Good communication skills (both written and oral in English).
