Senior Customer Engagement Executive job requires strong interpersonal skills to build good rapport with clients, analyze customer data, drive product adoption and identify upselling opportunities.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Perform analysis on customer background, health check reports and product usage metrics to identify red flags, expansion and upselling opportunities.
  • Arrange customer engagement meetings and collect customer feedback, pain points and other needs.
  • Identify use cases for products to expand client usage.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to influence adoption of InfoConnect solutions.
  • Identify knowledge gaps and training needs among clients and provide educational resources, training and best practices.
  • Synthesize customer feedback to transform products and services.
  • Get customer testimonials and buy-in for case studies.
  • Work with sales and marketing teams to provide customer insights and improve go-to market strategy.
  • Stay up to date on products and services knowledge.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by management.

Education and Experience Requirements:
  • Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree in Public Relationship, Business Information System, Marketing or equivalent.
  • At least 3 years of working experience in customer engagement related field.
  • Experience in software solution selling is a plus.
  • Good communication skills (both written and oral in English).
