Customer Engagement Manager

The Happy Customer Engagement Manager oversees all aspects of customer service operations, ensuring a positive customer experience. This role involves managing the team, addressing escalated issues, implementing process improvements, and developing strategies to enhance overall customer satisfaction. The ideal candidate has strong leadership and team management capabilities, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to analyze data and develop actionable insights. The successful candidate will be responsible for reviewing emails and messages, monitoring team performance metrics, planning and prioritizing tasks, and addressing escalated cases. They will also be responsible for conducting one-on-one meetings with team members, identifying opportunities for process improvement, and preparing comprehensive reports on key customer service metrics. Additionally, the candidate will provide support to the management team on various assigned tasks, demonstrating flexibility and adaptability in meeting organizational needs. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in business administration or a related field, minimum of 8 years' experience, and proficiency in customer service software and tools. The company is seeking a strategic and results-driven individual with a strong passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences.
