The successful candidate will be responsible for reviewing emails and messages, monitoring team performance metrics, planning and prioritizing tasks, and addressing escalated cases. They will also be responsible for conducting one-on-one meetings with team members, identifying opportunities for process improvement, and preparing comprehensive reports on key customer service metrics. Additionally, the candidate will provide support to the management team on various assigned tasks, demonstrating flexibility and adaptability in meeting organizational needs. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in business administration or a related field, minimum of 8 years' experience, and proficiency in customer service software and tools. The company is seeking a strategic and results-driven individual with a strong passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences.
