MoEngage seeks a Customer Success Manager to lead strategic relationships with mid-market and enterprise clients, driving customer satisfaction and long-term partnerships.

Key responsibilities:

  • Act as primary point of contact for key clients and their teams
  • Monitor client usage and identify opportunities to enhance product value
  • Troubleshoot and resolve client issues, providing proactive solutions
  • Conduct regular check-ins and quarterly business reviews to ensure client satisfaction
  • Develop and implement client retention strategies to foster long-term partnerships
  • Conduct client satisfaction surveys and analyze feedback to improve the customer experience
  • Project manage multiple projects between MoEngage and clients
  • Monitor customer health, satisfaction, risks, and escalations
  • Augment MoEngage teams to ensure timely response and interpretation of solutions
  • Coordinate calls between marketing, product, sales, and engineering teams
  • Stay up-to-date on MoEngage solutions and product offerings
  • Help clients achieve their objectives with timely technical guidance and enablement

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of experience in supporting complex enterprise customers with marketing technology solutions or closely related solutions
  • Strategic mindset and ability to understand complex business needs
  • Exceptional project management and organizational skills, especially in coordinating meetings and follow-ups with global stakeholders
  • Understanding of roles and responsibilities within technical organizations
  • Exceptional attention to detail, working with customers in highly regulated environments
  • Ability to understand customer requirements and see how MoEngage can add value
  • Comfortable communicating with all levels of team members internally and externally
  • Ability to collaborate and build strong relationships with customers
