Job Summary
To service and market group insurance (employee benefits) to assigned intermediaries to achieve the overall productivity and profitability.

Key Responsibilities

  • To drive and generate new business and to retain renewal from assigned portfolio.
  • To assist Head of Sales in strategic planning and implementation.
  • To conduct training and briefing of employee benefits products and services to intermediaries/clients.
  • To provide end-to-end support to intermediaries/clients.
  • To offer full cooperation and uphold the company's goals and vision.
  • Any other duties as and when deemed necessary.

Key Requirements

  • Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree or Professional Degree in any discipline.
  • At least 2 years of working experience in Sales or Financial Services.
  • Result-driven, able to achieve the target assigned, and able to work independently.
  • Good interpersonal skills, with the ability to manage and maintain relationships with intermediaries, and an effective team player.
  • Well-versed in both verbal and written communication skills - English in particular. The ability to converse in Mandarin and Hokkien is an added advantage.
  • Possess own transport and willing to travel.
