Set up an new office and new company in Kuala Lumpur.

Be responsible to all human resource and administration functions in Kuala Lumpur office including talent acquisition, compensation & benefits, employee engagement, office administration, etc.

Work closely with Top management to ensure that all HR strategic plans and initiatives for local employees are aligned with corporate and business objective.

Manage end to end employee life cycle processes such as on-boarding, orientation, performance evaluation, payroll, dismiss, etc.

Perform full spectrum of payroll and tax reporting and ensure they are in compliant with the local governmental requirements and regulations.

Assist to develop and implement HR policies, procedures and guidelines in compliance with local labour laws and regulations.
Maintain and updates HR database and employee documents.
Assist to oversee general administrative functions including office supplies, facility management, vendor management, procurement, etc.
Perform ad hoc duties as assigned by Management.

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or a related field.5-8 years of experience in Human Resource and Administrative fieldSolid knowledge of Kuala Lumpur's labour laws and regulations.

Solid experiencein setting up an new company and office in Kuala Lumpur.
Self-motivated, independent with strong can-do attitude.
Good interpersonal and communication skills.
Good command of written & spoken English, Mandarin & Malay.
Proficient in MS Office including Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
Candidates with less experience will be considered as Senior Human Resources Officer.
