**Industry: Tax Consulting Firm**
- Lead and manage a full spectrum of HR functions including recruitment, on-boarding, payroll administration, performance management, compensation and benefits, training & development, work compliance, employee communications and etc.
- Determine appropriate compensation and pay grades for various positions; research, design, update and administer compensation and benefits plan.
- Provide advice to Management and ensure compliance with statutory regulations and company’s HR rules and policies.
- Leads company compliance with all existing governmental and labour legal and government reporting requirements.
- Experience in dealing with regulatory bodies - eg: Ministry of Foreign Labor
- Complete other tasks assigned by the company.
**Requirement**:
- Good communication skills and coordination ability.
- Required language(s): English, **Mandarin (MUST),** Malay.
- Bachelor degree or above.
- At least 3-5 years related working experience.
**Salary**: RM8,000.00 - RM10,000.00 per month
