Human Resources Manager

**Responsibilities**:
- Develop and implement the annual recruitment plan, accountable for recruitment results
- Analyze the human resources status of each department, regularly review recruitment work, and compile reports, optimize recruitment processes
- Oversee recruitment coordination for all positions, lead the team to meet annual personnel needs
- Manage the HR team and assist the national manager in coordinating daily office operations
- Identify and prevent potential problems
- Maintain and analyze daily data reports
**Qualifications**:
- Bachelor's degree or above in human resource management or related fields
- E-commerce related experience preferred
- Familiarity with recruitment processes, talent selection and interview methods, proficient interview skills
- Strong organizational and coordination abilities, good interpersonal skills, communication skills, stress management, and responsibility
- Strong cross-departmental organizational and teamwork skills
Pay: RM5,000.00 - RM7,000.00 per month
