including sourcing supplier, selection and evaluation of quotation and price negotiation to ensure best procurement for the company Take lead in the Safety and Health Committee Assist in sustainability report Manage company's property including maintenance & facilities, renovation & repair works including securing tenants & handle tenancy matters, etc.

Application and renewal of business licenses, property's Bomba & other related requirements and ensure business comply to local authorities' requirements Upkeep of company's premises, security, cleaning services, office equipment such as copier machine, facsimile machines, etc.

Oversee the upkeep and maintenance of company's fleets of vehicles including insurance and control of petrol and toll cards Involve in organizing company's events such as AGM, annual dinner, etc.

Managing and safeguard company's trademark, hands on in application, renewal and handling of infringement matters Requirements Degree / Professional Certification in Business Administration or relevant disciplines Minimum 3 years related working experience in managerial capacity Able to lead the maintenance & administration team Excellent organizational and communication skills Proficiency in Bahasa Malaysia, English both verbal and written Proficiency in Mandarin is required for communication with suppliers, vendors and tenants Interested applicants are invited to write, fax or email to:
