Our client is a solution provider who helps kitchens to reduce food waste, cut costs, and shrink their environmental footprint.

About the Job

Reporting to the Customer Success Lead, you will:

  • Be the main point of contact for assigned accounts.
  • Build strong relationships with key stakeholders (chefs, GMs, F&B teams).
  • Conduct check-ins and reviews to share insights and track KPIs.
  • Support onboarding and run user training sessions.
  • Set up devices and dashboards to fit customer operations.
  • Monitor usage data to drive improvements.
  • Identify upsell opportunities with Sales.
  • Collaborate with Marketing on success stories.
  • Share customer feedback with Product and Tech for enhancements.

Skills and Experience Required

  • Minimum years in Customer Success, Sales Account Management, or Hospitality Operations (hotel/F&B a plus).
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
  • Comfortable with data dashboards and turning insights into stories.
  • Hands-on, execution-focused mindset.
