Responsibilities:
  • Understand customer needs and resolve issues clearly and efficiently.
  • Ensure first contact resolution & follow-ups with internal teams.
  • Share feedback to improve tools, procedures & customer journey.
  • Deliver top-tier service to drive customer satisfaction.
  • Build strong relationships and go the extra mile.
  • Support TDCX's Quality Systems (ISO9001 & ISO18295-1).
Qualifications:
  • Diploma/Degree holders in any field (Fresh grads welcome).
  • Preferably 2+ years' experience in a similar role.
  • Strong time management & goal-oriented mindset.
  • Comfortable using multiple systems & tech tools.
  • Quick learner and adaptable to new platforms.
