Responsibilities:- Understand customer needs and resolve issues clearly and efficiently.
- Ensure first contact resolution & follow-ups with internal teams.
- Share feedback to improve tools, procedures & customer journey.
- Deliver top-tier service to drive customer satisfaction.
- Build strong relationships and go the extra mile.
- Support TDCX's Quality Systems (ISO9001 & ISO18295-1).
- Diploma/Degree holders in any field (Fresh grads welcome).
- Preferably 2+ years' experience in a similar role.
- Strong time management & goal-oriented mindset.
- Comfortable using multiple systems & tech tools.
- Quick learner and adaptable to new platforms.
