We are seeking an enthusiastic and driven Sales Executive to join the dynamic team at JR-Tech Solution Sdn Bhd. This full-time position is based in Batu Uban, Penang, and will play a crucial role in driving sales and business growth for the company.
What You'll Be Doing
- Maintain and develop F&B outlets, becoming familiar with factory industrial operations and business development for Total F&B Solutions.
- Identify and pursue new sales opportunities within the target market.
- Present the company's products and services effectively to potential clients.
- Negotiate and close sales deals to meet or exceed individual and team sales targets.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to drive repeat business.
- Provide excellent customer service and address any client queries or concerns.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement effective sales strategies.
- Consistently report on sales activities, pipeline, and performance metrics.
What We're Looking For
- A minimum of 2 years of sales experience, with 3 years of people management experience and exposure to the SME market preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to persuade and influence.
- Strong negotiation and problem-solving skills to overcome objections and close deals.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team to achieve sales goals.
- Attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and the ability to perform market analysis.
- A diploma in a related field is required for this position.
