Human Resources Coordinator

- Talent Acquisition: Fill vacancies and onboard the right talent using all platforms in the market.
- Employee Engagement: Be the primary contact for HR queries and boost team morale and engagement.
- HR Administration: Ensure our practices comply with local laws.
- Performance Management: Oversee employee appraisals and confirmations.
- Assist with the day-to-day efficient operation of human resources.
- Maintain and update employee personal information in employee files and payroll systems.
- Check overtime claims and allowances.
- Prepare monthly payroll summary and overtime report.
- Prepare related documents for Socso claims and report forms to the labour department.
- Other ad-hoc HR duties as necessary.
- Diploma/Degree in HR Management or equivalent.
- At least 2 years of related working experience in the field.
- Good communication and writing skills in English.
- Ability to nurture and manage staff members in a growing SME environment.
- Continuously advance the positive and collaborative culture.
- Higher than average compensation package.
