We are looking for a proactive, detail-oriented, and creative CRM Executive to join our marketing team. This is an exciting opportunity for a data-driven marketer who thrives on building engaging customer experiences and crafting compelling promotional campaigns that drive retention and loyalty. What You'll Be Doing:
- Develop & Execute Promotions – Work closely with the marketing team to plan, create, and launch customer promotions that enhance retention and engagement.
- Marketing Automation & Personalization – Set up, manage, and optimize multi-channel CRM campaigns using segmentation, automation, and A/B testing.
- Data-Driven Optimization – Track key performance metrics, analyze campaign effectiveness, and iterate to maximize impact and ROI.
- Customer-Centric Engagement – Collaborate with design and content teams to create highly engaging, visually appealing, and targeted communications.
- Competitive Analysis & Market Trends – Stay up to date with industry trends and competitor strategies to keep our CRM approach innovative and ahead of the curve.
- Seamless Execution – Coordinate with internal teams such as customer support, product, and marketing to ensure smooth execution and a consistent customer experience.
- Continuous Improvement – Brainstorm and implement new promotion ideas that drive revenue growth and boost customer loyalty.
- Reporting & Insights – Prepare clear, actionable reports on campaign performance, identifying insights that drive future strategies.
What We're Looking For:
- 2-4 years of experience in CRM, customer marketing, or lifecycle marketing.
- Proven expertise in marketing automation platforms (Salesforce, HubSpot, Mautic, etc.).
- Strong understanding of customer behavior and data-driven retention strategies.
- Technical proficiency in marketing tools (Google Analytics, CMS platforms, email marketing software, etc.).
- Advanced knowledge of segmentation and personalization to optimize customer engagement.
- Excellent analytical skills – ability to track KPIs, measure success, and optimize campaigns.
- Creative mindset with an eye for engaging customer communication.
- Strong project management skills – ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills – you work well across teams and know how to align efforts for maximum impact.
