CRM, Data & Performance Marketing Specialist

We are seeking a highly analytical and strategic CRM, Data & Performance Marketing Specialist to optimize our customer lifecycle, manage data-driven campaigns, and drive performance marketing initiatives. The ideal candidate will be responsible for leveraging customer data to improve retention, enhance user engagement, and maximize ROI from marketing campaigns across all channels.

Key Responsibilities:

Customer Relationship Management (CRM)

  1. Manage and optimize the CRM platform to enhance customer experience and retention.
  2. Develop and execute CRM strategies, including segmentation, personalization, and automation.
  3. Analyze customer data and behaviors to create targeted marketing campaigns.
  4. Track and report CRM performance metrics, making recommendations for improvement.

Data Management & Analytics

  1. Collect, analyze, and interpret customer and campaign data to identify trends and insights.
  2. Maintain and enhance the integrity and quality of the customer database.
  3. Develop dashboards and reporting tools to measure campaign effectiveness and ROI.
  4. Use data insights to support marketing strategies and improve performance.

Performance Marketing

  1. Plan and execute performance marketing campaigns across channels, including Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and programmatic platforms.
  2. Optimize campaigns to achieve key KPIs, such as CPL, CPA, and ROAS.
  3. Conduct A/B testing on creatives, landing pages, and audience targeting to enhance performance.
  4. Collaborate with creative teams to ensure cohesive messaging and branding.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

  1. Work closely with sales, product, and creative teams to align marketing efforts with business goals.
  2. Partner with external agencies and vendors to execute performance marketing initiatives.
  3. Provide insights and recommendations to stakeholders based on data-driven analysis.

Qualifications and Skills:

Education: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Analytics, Data Science, or a related field.

Experience:

  1. 6+ years of experience in CRM, data analytics, or performance marketing.
  2. Proven track record of managing successful CRM campaigns and performance marketing initiatives.

Technical Skills:

  1. Proficiency in CRM platforms (e.g., HubSpot).
  2. Strong knowledge of analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Tableau, or Power BI).
  3. Experience with performance marketing platforms (e.g., Google Ads, Facebook Business Manager).
  4. Familiarity with SQL, Python, or R for data analysis is a plus.

Soft Skills:

  1. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  2. Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
  3. Attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
