The role in a nutshell:We are looking for a motivated CRM Specialist to join our marketing team. This role will focus on implementing and optimising CRM campaigns using our marketing CRM system, Braze. The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of data structures, key conversion events, and segmentation, enabling them to create impactful and results-driven campaigns.
In addition to technical implementation, this role requires creativity and strategic thinking to design engaging campaigns using various CRM channels, including email, push notifications, in-app messaging, and content cards. Your work will directly contribute to driving customer engagement and improving business performance.
Your mission will be:Campaign Implementation- Set up and execute CRM campaigns using Braze, ensuring they are aligned with business objectives.
- Build and manage audience segments using Boolean logic and CRM data.
- Ensure campaigns are error-free, thoroughly tested, and optimized for performance across all available channels.
Data and Segmentation
- Understand and leverage the company's data structures to create targeted segments.
- Monitor key conversion events and use insights to inform campaign strategies.
- Collaborate with the data team to ensure data accuracy and accessibility within Braze.
- Design engaging and impactful CRM campaigns across email, push notifications, in-app messaging, and content cards.
- Brainstorm creative ideas for campaigns that drive engagement, retention, and conversion.
- A/B test campaign elements and iterate based on performance insights.
- Track and analyze the performance of CRM campaigns, identifying areas for improvement.
- Provide regular reports to stakeholders with actionable recommendations.
- Stay updated on CRM trends and best practices to enhance campaign effectiveness.
- 1–3 years of experience in a CRM-focused marketing role.
- Hands-on experience with CRM tools (experience with Braze is highly advantageous).
- Strong understanding of segmentation, Boolean logic, and audience targeting.
- Familiarity with data structures and key marketing performance metrics.
- A creative mindset with the ability to conceptualize and implement impactful campaigns.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Proficiency in email marketing best practices, push notification strategies, and in-app messaging techniques.
- A strong personal and professional interest in: Decentralised cryptocurrencies, blockchain, and finance and Financial inclusion and/or personal finance.
- The ability to work independently while collaborating effectively across teams.
- Strong communication skills and adaptability to a fast-paced environment.
