Job Title: Head of Growth & Acquisition

Annual remuneration: RM300,000 and upwards

We're partnered with a Globally Renowned firm within the Services sector with a strong regional presence across SEA. This role will primarily focus on growing the business within the Malaysian market.

About the Role:

The Head of Growth & Acquisition will lead the development and execution of strategic growth initiatives across all customer segments. This role will be instrumental in identifying and pursuing new market opportunities, driving customer acquisition, and accelerating revenue growth.

With success metrics in growing existing business segments and driving commercial results. Work with Product, Marketing, and Sales teams to drive acquisition and growth strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and Execute Growth Strategies:
  2. Lead the development and execution of comprehensive growth strategies aligned with overall business objectives.
  3. Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify new market opportunities and target segments.
  4. Develop and implement go-to-market (GTM) strategies for new products, services, and market segments.
  5. Identify and prioritize key growth levers, such as customer acquisition, product expansion, and cross-selling opportunities.
  6. Drive Customer Acquisition:
  7. Oversee all customer acquisition activities, including growth marketing, channel strategy, and GTM strategy.
  8. Develop and manage customer acquisition budgets and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure ROI.
  9. Segment Analysis and Prioritization:
  10. Analyze customer data to identify key customer segments and their unique needs and behaviors.
  11. Develop customer segmentation models to prioritize target audiences and tailor marketing efforts accordingly.
  12. Identify and address customer churn and attrition to improve customer lifetime value.

Qualifications:

  1. 10+ years of experience in Growth Marketing, GTM Strategy, and Commercial Strategy.
  2. Ideal candidates from the Tech, Fintech & Services (B2C / B2B) sector.
  3. Proven track record of driving change management.
  4. Prior experience in growing business segments (SBUs) within a large organization is a plus.
  5. Proven track record of successfully developing and executing growth strategies that drive significant revenue growth – with prior success handling a 6-figure to 7-figure revenue portfolio.
  6. Strong understanding of customer acquisition principles, including lead generation, marketing automation, and sales enablement.
  7. Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
  8. Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
