Your new role

They are seeking an experienced and dynamic Senior Sales Manager to join their team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in sales management within the pharmaceutical industry, with a strong focus on ethical practices. This role requires a minimum of 3 years of people management experience and expertise in oncology, haematology, or dermatology.

Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage the sales team to achieve and exceed sales targets.
  • Develop and implement strategic sales plans to drive business growth.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders.
  • Provide coaching, mentoring, and support to the sales team to enhance their performance.
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities.
  • Ensure compliance with ethical standards and industry regulations.

What you'll need to succeed

  • Bachelor's degree in Life Science, Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years of people management experience in the pharmaceutical industry.
  • In-depth knowledge of oncology, haematology, or dermatology.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proven ability to develop and execute successful sales strategies.
  • High ethical standards and commitment to compliance.
