Responsibilities:
  1. Plan and execute deals for campaigns and Business As Usual (BAU) activities, in alignment with overall sales goals.
  2. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to strategize and execute monthly sales plans, including flash sales and promotions.
  3. Sales Strategy and Optimization:
    1. Leverage assets such as CRM, CEM, and social media channels to maximize sales opportunities and drive customer engagement.
    2. Monitor and optimize the sales performance of campaigns to ensure target achievement, identifying areas for improvement.
    3. Build and maintain strong relationships with key platforms (e.g., Lazada, Shopee) to ensure smooth operations and alignment with campaign goals.
    4. Act as the primary point of contact for platform inquiries, handling communication and coordination efficiently.
  4. Inventory Management and Communication:
    1. Communicate with the operation teams regarding stock availability for campaigns and promotional activities.
    2. Work with internal teams to ensure inventory levels are appropriately managed for key campaigns.
    3. Analyse campaign outcomes, sales performance, and BAU activities, highlighting key successes, challenges, and areas of improvement.
    4. Share insights with the team to refine strategies for future campaigns.
  5. Store Management (Baskin Robbins & Foodpanda):
    1. Develop and implement promotional strategies and campaigns for Baskin Robbins and Foodpanda Lazada stores, focusing on achieving brand sales targets, while ensuring a smooth and engaging customer experience.
Commercial Partnership Tasks & Responsibilities:
  1. Identify, evaluate, and engage with new B2C platforms or online marketplaces to grow the company's presence and sales potential.
  2. Conduct research to spot new opportunities in emerging platforms that align with business goals.
  3. Brand e-Store Outsourcing:
    1. Seek and approach potential brand partners to expand offerings, improve brand visibility, and generate new business opportunities.
    2. Acquire brand store for outsourcing program in store management and sales promotion.
Required Qualifications and Skills:
  1. Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  2. At least 1 year of experience in sales, account management, or business development, preferably in e-commerce.
  3. Hands-on experience with sales campaigns, digital marketing, and platform management.
  4. Skills & Competencies:
    1. Strong analytical skills to evaluate sales data and optimize performance.
    2. Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, etc.) and familiarity with CRM tools.
    3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build strong relationships with internal teams and external platform partners.
    4. Ability to multitask, manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines effectively.
