Responsibility
- To fill in all necessary inbound and outbound documents.
- To tally/check all goods received or dispatched are in right condition and in accordance to the authorized document referred
- To check on accuracy of inventory/ stock take/ audit / truck trips.
- To report on any outstanding issues pertaining to Inbound or Outbound activities.
- To compile all documents in relation to Inbound, Outbound and handover to office for filling purposes.
- To ensure any damage goods return to be documented.
- To prepare reports those are required by Superior.
- To process incoming orders and prepare daily orders for courier pick-up / delivery.
- Issue invoice and delivery order (DO) accordingly.
- Call customer to schedule the delivery timing (For online cases).
- To resolve customer’s problems related to product / delivery.
- Escalate the issue to superior if not able to be solved promptly.
- To process stock transfer requests for internal and external (consignment) parties.
- Issue consignment billings.
- To carry out any other duties when required by Superior.

**Salary**: From RM1,500.00 per month
