As an Operation & Admin Executive, you will play a vital role in overseeing and coordinating the administrative functions of an organization. Your primary responsibility will be to ensure efficient and smooth day-to-day operations, while providing leadership and guidance to administrative staff. You will be responsible for managing administrative processes, implementing policies and procedures, and collaborating with various departments to achieve organizational goals. Your attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and ability to multitask will be crucial for success in this role.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Oversee and coordinate daily administrative activities, ensuring compliance with organizational standards and legal requirements.
- Foster a positive work environment and promote teamwork among administrative staff.
- Develop and manage the administrative budget, ensuring optimal allocation of resources.
- Prepare and distribute internal communications, memos, and reports.
- Stay updated on relevant laws, regulations, and industry best practices, ensuring compliance.

**Qualifications and Skills**:

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- Proven experience in administrative management or a similar role **3 years plus**.
- Serve as the primary point of contact between our organization and government agencies, departments, and officials.
- Excellent oral and written communication abilities are essential for effective PR. Should be able to convey messages clearly, craft compelling content, and engage with various stakeholders in Malay & English.
- Participate in meetings, conferences, and events with public & private sector representatives to represent our organization's interests.
- Assist in the preparation of public & private sector-related documents, proposals, and submissions.
- Monitor and analyze relevant public & private sector policies, legislation, and regulations that may impact our operations.
- Strong leadership and supervisory skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a team.
- Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
- Exceptional attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in office software and relevant tools (e.g., Microsoft Office Suite, project management software).
- Knowledge of relevant laws, regulations, and industry best practices.
- Ability to adapt to changing priorities and work under pressure.

**Salary**: RM3,000.00 - RM5,000.00 per month
