**Your Daily ZOALA Experience**
- Assist in developing and executing strategic business development plans in alignment with company goals.
- Support the Partner Success Manager in managing relationships with both new and existing partners.
- Assist in managing the partner onboarding process, delivering training, and providing continuous professional support to ensure a seamless and positive experience for our partners.
- Track partner performance using CRM tools, prepare reports, and assist in identifying opportunities for growth.
- Help monitor and analyse partner feedback to continuously improve the partnership experience.
- Collaborate with internal teams including marketing and product to ensure partners' needs and expectations are met.
- Conduct research to identify potential partners, key decision-makers, and opportunities, and generate interest to foster strategic collaborations.
- Participate in contract negotiations, ensuring agreements are aligned with company policies and guidelines.
- Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activity to identify potential growth opportunities for partnerships.

**The Career Requirements**
- Degree holder (Preferably with a degree in Business/Marketing, or related fields).
- Fresh graduates are welcome to apply; No experience required.
- Ability to manage, coordinate and execute various projects.
- Customer-centric mindset with the ability to empathise and think from the customer’s perspective.
- Confident in building and maintaining interpersonal relationships.
- Able to deliver presentations.
- Interested in data analysis and trends.
- Past experience in sales, F&B, hospitality is a bonus
