**Summary**:
We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Growth Manager to join our dynamic team. As a Growth Manager, you will be responsible for managing a group of salespeople who works on both marketing-generated leads and business development (BD) generated leads. Your primary objectives are to drive revenue growth, expand our customer base, and maximize sales opportunities.

**Responsibilities**:

- Develop and implement a comprehensive sales strategy aligned with the company's growth objectives.
- Collaborate with the marketing and business development teams to optimize lead generation and conversion strategies.
- Conduct regular training sessions and workshops to enhance the sales team's product knowledge, selling skills, and objection handling techniques.
- Set clear performance objectives, provide ongoing feedback, conduct regular performance evaluations, and develop action plans to enhance sales effectiveness.
- Utilize data-driven insights to identify areas for improvement, provide timely feedback, and implement corrective actions as necessary.
- Regularly report on sales metrics, including revenue, conversion rates, pipeline growth, and individual/team performance.

**Requirements**:

- Diploma or Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a sales manager or a similar leadership role.
- Strong understanding of B2B sales processes, lead generation strategies, and business development practices.
- Demonstrated success in meeting or exceeding sales targets and driving revenue growth.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal abilities.
- Analytical mindset with a data-driven approach to decision-making.
- Proficiency in using CRM systems(eg. hubspot) and sales analytics tools.
- Self-motivated, results-oriented, and able to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

**Working arrangement**:Hybrid with 2 days work from office/co-working spaces (Mon, Tues) and 3 days work from home (Wed, Thurs, Fri).
