Sales Manager

Sales manager is responsible for managing a team of salespeople. They oversee the day-to-day operations of their department, ensuring that everyone is working towards the same goals and objectives. Will also be in charge of managing organizational sales by developing business plans, meeting planned goals, and coordinating with marketing team on lead generation. - Analyzing data from internal systems and external sources to identify opportunities to improve sales performance - Identifying and contacting potential clients to determine their needs and assess their interest in the company’s products and services - Managing an existing sales team, providing ongoing coaching and feedback to help them increase their performance - Ensuring that company products or services are represented accurately in advertising and marketing materials - Developing strategies to increase market share by identifying new opportunities in existing markets or developing new markets - Developing and implementing a strategic plan to achieve specific goals such as increasing revenues or improving customer satisfaction - Negotiating contracts and managing relationships with customers to ensure compliance with legal requirements - Understand our ideal customers and how they relate to our products and services - Providing leadership, training and motivation to the sales team to help them meet their goals - Communicating regularly with management about the status of projects and issues that could impact performance - Identify emerging markets and market shifts while being fully aware of new products and competition status Requirement : - Good interpersonal, communication skills and presentation skills - Required spoken languages: English & Bahasa Malaysia (Others will be value added) - Willing to travel and must possess own transport - Must have minimum 5 years and above in a sales position with complex and fast-paced business environment (preferably as Sales Manager and any related industries) - English - Written is a must - Diploma/ Degree - ANY (Preferred Design related/ QS related/ Architecture related/ Interior Design related) - MS Word/ Excel/ Powerpoint/ Outlook - Well organized and detail oriented
