**Key Reponsibilities**:

- Manage purchasing daily processing cycle form response to PR, get quotation, purchase materials (PO issuance), verify specifications and pricing issue, follow up delivery and etc.
- To feedback and follow up the issues regarding quality, shortage, wrong products delivery, claim and replacement with suppliers.
- Obtain quotations from vendors / suppliers and negotiate for the best price, best quality and best service to ensure cost effectiveness.
- Source for new parts, materials, services or suppliers when the need arises.
- Support day-to-day Administration, purchasing of stationeries, office equipments, office general items etc.
- Prepare monthly reports
- Check item condition, description, quantity, strength, length, size, volume, expire date, and lot no.
- Maintain and update purchasing records/data and pricing in system.
- Responsible for production planning analysis as well as inventory control to maintain safety stock level.
- Proven experience working with cross functional teams to ensure cost control and process improvements.
- Communicate and work closely with internal departments to ensure material, stock plan schedule and customer order is meet.
- Supports team by performing tasks related to organization and strong communication with team members.
- Multitask / Undertake ad-hoc task when required.

**Requirements**:

- Diploma/SPM with preferably minimum of 2 years related working experience.
- Fresh graduates are welcomed.
- Language: Malay, English and Chinese.
- Able to work under pressure.
- High responsibility.
- Hardworking and enjoy working in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
- Self-motived, discipline and results oriented with strong initiative and has the ability to work under mínimal supervision.
- Able to carry out role independently with strong problem solving skills
