Purchasing Admin Assistance

**PURCHASING**
- Contribute to the daily operations of the purchasing department.
- Liaise with the site personnel, process purchase requisitions, and issue purchase orders to the suppliers.
- Monitor the status of quotations, orders, and deliveries with suppliers.
- Responsible for sourcing goods and services and negotiating the best price.
- Resolve issues related to goods and services between the site and the supplier.
- Maintaining the department's filing system (purchase orders), reports, and ISO-related documents.
- The head of the department may assign other tasks as needed
- An understanding of the basics of Microsoft Office, such as Microsoft Word and Microsoft Excel
- An advantage would be experience in the purchasing field
**ADMN ASSISTANCE**
- Perform office clerical and general administrative duties.
- Attending to clients' inquiries and quotation preparation
- Data Entry
- Other administrative documentations
- Required skill(s) : MS Office, MS Excel, MS Word.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
**Salary**: RM2,200.00 - RM2,500.00 per month
