Personal Assistant to Director

**Responsibilities**:
- Provide administrative and secretarial support to Director on day to day tasks.
- Manage diary and schedule meetings and appointments
- Handle requests and queries appropriately
- Maintain strict confidentiality at all levels.
- Perform with initiative and responsibility to complete tasks assigned and identify/ resolve issues proactively.
- Perform general secretarial duties along with liaising with internal and external parties.
- To improve business processes relating to making the company director more productive, efficient, and effective.
**Job Requirements**:
- At least 1 year of working experience in the related field; 25-35 years old
- Good written & communication in Bahasa Melayu and English
- Able to maintain strict confidentiality.
- Knowledge of office management systems and procedures
- Outstanding organizational and time management skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize daily workload
- Discretion and confidentiality
Work arrangement:
Office based; Mon-Fri 10am-6.30pm
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
**Salary**: RM3,200.00 - RM4,200.00 per month
Schedule:
- Monday to Friday
