- 人事関連問題に関する従業員からの問い合わせに対応する。
- 従業員の懲戒や従業員関係の問題、苦情、仕事上の問題に関するカウンセリングを管理する。
- 会社の人事ファイルや記録の安全、検索、更新を監督する。
- 明確なハンドブック・ポリシーの策定とポリシー意識の徹底。
- 職場の安全衛生コンプライアンスを維持し、報告する。
- ワークパスの申請、更新、キャンセル、その他関連事項の管理。
- トレーニングと能力開発
- 社内で実施され、また社外の研修プロバイダーから提供される研修・能力開発プログラムおよび計画を調査、分析、評価する。

- 従業員調査、組織ニーズの充足に関連する。
- 給与関連
- 秘書室と連携し、毎月の給与計算を監督する。
- ペーロール委託先などの外部パートナーとの連携。
- その他総務・財務関連業務
- 月次財務報告
- 固定資産管理
- 会社事務所の契約管理
- 会社管理に関する秘書室との連携(給与計算、雇用パス、Mdecレポート、監査など)
- Responsibilities:
Staffing
- Investigate the company's staffing needs and take actions to staff accordingly.
- Maintaining a smooth onboarding & offboarding process.
- Assist in probationer’s appraisal and yearly performance appraisal exercise.Employee Relations
- Answering employees' queries about HR-related issues.
- Manage employee discipline or employee relations issues, grievances and counseling on work-relatedproblems.
- Supervise the safe, retrieval and updating at company personnel files and records.
- Developing clear handbook policies and ensuring policy awareness.
- Maintaining and reporting on workplace health and safety compliance.

Training & Development
- To research, analyze and evaluate the training & development programmes and plans conducted
internally and also offered by external training providers as related to current practices, legislation,
- employee surveys, and fulfillment of organizational needs.
- Compensation
- Liaise with the secretary office and oversee monthly payroll processing and ensure compliance withthe government authorities i.e. such as EPF, SOCSO and LHDN.
- Liaise with external partners, like insurance vendors.

Other administrative/finance related tasks
- Monthly financial reporting.
- Fixed asset management.
- Company office contract management
- Liaise with the company secretary office for company administration matters (payroll, employment pass, Mdec reports, audit and so on)

**Salary**
- 8000~12000 (RM)

**Requirements**:

- 英語と日本語の両方が堪能な方(日本語ネイティブが望ましい)
- 人事・総務経験者優遇。未経験者の応募可
- IT業界出身者が望ましい。
- マルチタスク、優先順位付け、時間管理ができる方。
- Fluent in both English and Japanese (native Japanese is preferable)-
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively
