RESPONSIBILITIES:
Responsible for leading two subordinates in daily HR operations and overseeing all aspects of human resource management, including the five key functions.
- Develop a hiring strategy aligned with the recruitment budget to attract and secure top talent.
- Ensure the competitiveness of compensation and benefits by analyzing position responsibilities and comparing average salaries to market benchmarks.
- Process payroll, prepare payroll summaries, and ensure timely statutory payments.
- Develop and implement performance measures, oversee employee performance, and address underperformance issues through communication with superiors.
- Conduct training needs assessments to identify and address performance gaps.
- Address employee concerns, grievances, and conflicts promptly

**REQUIREMENTS**:

- Possess at least a Bachelor’s Degree in a relevant field
- Minimum 2 years of practical experience in HR Generalist roles
- Well-versed in the Employment Act and Industrial Relations Act
- Proficient in SQL is an added advantage
- Fluent in Mandarin, English, and Bahasa Malaysia.
- Required Skill(s): Interpersonal and communication skills

Pay: RM4,000.00 - RM6,000.00 per month
