**Industrial Relation**
- To handle staff disciplinary, grievances and misconduct issues including counselling, maintain disciplinary records and letters, and coordinate for Domestic Inquiry nationwide.
- Provide advice on appropriate disciplinary action to be taken commensurate to the misconduct committed.
- Handling poor performance issues by reviewing counselling form, performance appraisal, and relevant assessment and to determine the appropriate action to be taken
**Training Development**
- Manage & coordinate in Training & Development activities as well.
- Source and liaise with training services centres for staff trainings.
- To assist and plan company activities, internal staffs sports competitions, Company Social Responsibilities (CSR) activities etc.
- To involve and ensure in company staffs’ welfare in managed properly.
**Job Requirements**
- Must be FRESH GRADUATES
- Good inter-personal and communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Excellent command of English and Bahasa Malaysia.
- Excellent planning and organizational skills with a sense of urgency.
**Benefits**:
- Working hours: Mon-Fri (08:00am-05:00pm)
- Allowance: RM2,000 monthly (fixed)
- Annual leaves: 14 days
- Sick leaves: 14 days
